The concept of freelancing is on the rise.With the help of this survey, its easy to find what is on their minds about the new way of working.
Almost half of the participants(47%) feel that the freelancing is flexible. Around 42% of freelancers opined that it offers freedom. While 38% of them laid off from previous work, another 33% wanted to have a better work or balanced life.
Payment for hourly based work is one of the top key factors which made freelancers feel happy. Around 62% of freelancers are happy in remote working which is higher than traditional working.
Only 16% of freelancers spend more than 10 years in freelancing. 29% of them stick to freelancing for 3-5 years.
