The most popular universities in the US for foreign students are, based on the above chart, University of the District of Columbia (24.30% foreign students), Stanford University (23.90%), Harvard University (22.50%), University of Southern California (21.30%), New York (15.00%) and University of Michigan (12.50).
Women student representation in foreign student communities is 45%. China’s contribution is 25%, India’s 20% and Saudi Arab’s 15% amongst. The countries located worldwide have low shares.
The international students and their dependants contributed more than $ 20 billion to US economy. Around 723, 277 foreign students sought admissions at US colleges.
Amongst the most preferred programs by foreign students, Business Management, Engineering remained top in the US education institutions.
