Mobile devices, mainly, tablets seem to have changed the way consumers interact with brands. The intimate engagement offered by touch screens appears to have impacted consumers' behavior. For example, iPad, king of tablets accounts for 68% of tablet market share.
The iPad contributes nearly two-thirds of all US mobile shopping sessions and 89% of all mobile shopping revenue. The owner of iPad often share promising qualities of a brand. 41% of them have downloaded at least one shopping app.
However, at the times of browsing, iPad users are more likely to look at an ad if has a video. Around 46% of owners enjoy ads which contain interactive features. While 36% of pc users made purchases after viewing ads, only 8% tablet users found to be buying things. But 10% of internet traffic is expected to be increase by 2014.
