A major problem with workplaces in the US is that employees have been engaging less and less in work being at their minimum productive levels.
It has been found that in the US, 70% of the employees at any given point of time are not engaged in work and 89% of the employers feel that those who have been quitting their jobs do so because of low salary issues.
Even though it is only 12% of the employees who actually think about the salary while quitting on a job, 70% of them quit their job because of some issues with their bosses.
