A data center is a service station that is useful to maintain computer systems and its associated tele communication components and storage systems. These data centers are mainly used for backup power supplies, security devices and to establish data communication connections.

In case of downtime of data center, there will be huge loss. According to a survey, the average loss for companies using the data center is $ 138,000. the annual loss for the company with size of 100 employees is $ 6,900, for company with 100 – 1,000 employees the annual loss is $ 74,000. In recent survey by Aberdeen group, there was no down time of data center in top companies in the last 12 months.

As per a survey, the companies using the cloud station to store the information has reduced their data center down time by nearly 2.1 hours which helped them to save almost $ 800,000 every year. The annual down time loss for cloud infrastructure users is $ 207,000.
