United States celebrates it by wishing Merry Christmas and roast turkey is the signature dish prepared on that day. It is represented by Santa Claus. Similarly in China it is celebrated as Sheng Dan Kuai Le and is represented by Dun Che Lao Ren.
In Mexico it is celebrated as Feliz Navidad and The three wise men are its mascots. They serve Tamal as the special dish for the festival. In Japan they greet each other Merii Kurisumasu and Hoteisho is their Santa.
In Iceland Christmas is celebrated with the Yule Lads and they make and eat Mondlugrautur on this day.
