Georgia Aquarium is the biggest aquarium in the world as it has got about 120000 animals in total and has a water storage capacity of 6.3 million gallons. Dubai Mall aquarium is yet another big aquarium and infact one of the biggest due to the 26000 animals that it houses.
With a water storage capacity of 1.98 million gallons, Okinawa Churaumi aquarium is another biggest aquarium in the world followed by L’Oceanografic which is home to 45000 sea animals in total. Turku zoo can store up to 1.32 million gallons of water and is thus one of the biggest aquariums in the world.
