More and more Americans seem to be stresses lately and it is ruining their health. According to a survey conducted by APA, 1 out of 3 Americans said that their stress level increased in 2011. The major reasons for this increase in stress level are money-75%, work-70%, economy-67%, relationships-58% and family responsibilities which 57% said.

This survey also said the most stressed out states are Utah, Kentucky and West Virginia. Surprisingly the most stressful jobs are event coordinators, PR executives, photojournalists and taxi drivers. 39% of people surveyed said stress makes them to eat unhealthy foods. Because of this obesity rate has increased and also the chocolate sales is up by 9.2%.
