Due to improper planning, most of the students will pull an all-nighter to achieve success either in education or business work. A study revealed that during semester, every 2 out of 3 college students will study complete night to perform well in exams. The sleep deprivation can have a great impact on the score grades too, a study showed that average GPA of students in 2.8 and in case of sleep –deprived students, it’s 2.65.
Though students to study fill night, but it’s not possible for everyone to be awake all the night. The infographic suggest few common ways to pull an all-nighter in a successful way. The common ways include drinking more caffeine, eating snacks at regular intervals, playing music and have bright lights in the room.
