Although some of the world’s most successful people can get by on only four hours of sleep, what does this say about the rest of us? Some of us get six or even eight hours and still, it does not feel like enough.
Some experts say that we do not need all the sleep we think we do, whereas only around 5% of people who think they can get by on only five or six hours a night can actually do this. There’s also something to be said about the quality of sleep vs. the quantity.
