All around the world, people have divided themselves not just on the basis on cultures, habits and traditions but the foremost difference among them have been the languages they speak.
Every culture has its own way of greeting people and each of these different languages help use different ways of saying the same word 'Hello'. While in French it people "salut' each other, in Greek, its Yah Sahs! that they say to each other when they meet.
In a similar way, all the living languages of the world use different words and syllables to greet each other but what is similar in all this dissimilarities is the emotions that these words hide beneath the veneer of language and everywhere you go, it is the same.
