Vietnam is located on the eastern Indochina Peninsula; It covers a total area of approximately 331,210 km which is almost the size of the Germany.
Vietnam's land is mostly hilly and densely forested, with level land covering no more than 20%. Mountains account for 40% of the country's land area, and tropical forests cover around 42%. This makes it a great place for expeditions and trekking.
Vietnam holds the two world heritage sites and is abundant with biodiversity. Vietnamese cuisine traditionally features a combination of five fundamental taste "elements" which most of foods are sour, bitter and spicy due to larger areas each area of has its own taste for food.
