There is hardly anyone on the face of this earth who have never had the opportunity to taste chocolate and fall in love with it. When a bar of sin melts in your mouth, for most it is an experience akin to being in heaven and they is actually nothing wrong with this analogy.
Thanks to the Mayans who first cultivated the Cacao Tree in 600 AD and to the spanish explorer Hernan Cortez who brought the recipe to the new world, that we now have the chance of tasting chocolate in a variety of flavours.
While the Europeans loved their chocolate unadulterated and bitter, it was actually the Americans who thought of adding milk to it, thereby giving us our first taste of milk chocolate.
