Rivers are the treasure that flows through every country and finally gets merged into the sea. But there are some rivers that are so short that one can hardly find its length before it gets merged into the sea. Some of the shortest rivers in the world are very interesting to note.
One of the shortest rivers is Reprua River situated in Gagra district of Abkhazia and measures about just 18 meters. The next river is a little longer located in Norway known as the Kovasselva River and measuring about 20 meters in length.
The third shortest river measures about 30 meters in length known as Ombla situated in Croatia. The next river is almost double the earlier river and measures about 61 meters known as Roe River in Montana, United States.
Subsequent rivers are a little lengthy but still considered to be part of the shortest rivers in the world starting with D river, Aril and Fiumelatte which measures about 130 meters, 175 meters and 250 meters respectively.
The location of D river is in United States while the other two rivers flow in Italy. The next river is the river Vrelo which is in Serbia measuring about 365 meters. The last two rivers measure about 3950 meters and 4000 meters located in England and USA
