Food is one of the main things that sustains life on earth and it is also one of the main identity markers for every culture on this planet. With a handful of spices, people from all around the world make dishes that are not just unique but are unique to their community and culture.
For instance, in the Caribbean, there are three basic ingredients that define their cuisine - Scotch Bonnet Pepper, Coriander and Marjoram.
