Naglazyme from BioMarin Pharmaceuticals is a drug which is used to prevent a dangerous swelling on the face and is the third most expensive medication in the world. Costing $360000 per year, Allos Therapeutics Folotyn is also amongst the drugs which cost us dearly.
Algluosidase Alfa, Adrenocorticotropic Hormone, Rilonocept, Fabrazyme, Aldurazyme and Alglucerase are some of the other drugs in this category and all of them cost more than $150000 per year.
