However, studies say that stress affects the body both mentally and physically. Very often, stress causes anxiety, depression and heart disease. Despite Millenials facing higher stress levels from multiple sources in their daily life, except 16% of them, most of them follow different methods to mitigate stress.
While 60% of Millenials listen to music, 44% of people play video games or surf the internet to cope up with the stress. To reduce stress, they also practice various relaxation techniques, breathing and yoga including exercising regularly, getting enough sleep and talking to others, etc.
