Hypertension, which is otherwise known as “High Blood Pressure” is commonly found chronic disease among adults in American and other parts of the world. Nearly one third of American adults are victims of this disease.
This disease can result into many other life threatening diseases, if left untreated. Fortunately, it is easy to diagnose this disease and to keep the disease in controlled levels with proper treatment.
When we go into the stats, 29.1% of American adults got victimized to this disease. When we take these stats separately for men and women, they are almost the same. 29.7% of men and 28.5% of women are with hypertension.
