People have been making game of animals for along time now. And when it comes to the matter of conservation, they have been defending their acts of killing harmless animals for the sake of fun or even for the money that can be made in the process.
But it is a thought provoking idea on whether when they say that in the process of hunting, they do help wildlife too, if that is a reality as well.
It has been found that the revenue on the federal excise taxes that is gathered on the firearms and ammunition that hunters and target shooters buy, actually distributed among state wildlife agencies who use this money to buy land for wildlife habitat.
This land that is being converted into important habitat for the animals is then set aside for use in future wildlife abundance.
