Most of us are bounded to our daily routines and a slight change in day to day activities will irritate us. We schedule these routines from month’s long and we try to reach them.
Its habits which make our life go in a flow and release us from the mental exertion, but unfortunately habits are both positive and negative. Positive habits in long run help us in making things in an apt way.
Negative habits in long run turn into full force addiction which makes person carry away with satisfaction and rewarding feeling for continuing these habits. It’s better to hinder negative habits in early stages than trying to change after it turns into an addiction.
Changing negative habits is a tough job but an initial start will help in getting rid of that habit. Drinking water in between meals is good for health than eating an unhealthy snacks in the mid of meals. Chewing a gum rather than smoking is a good option. Checking time in the wrist watch rather than checking mobile phone every 5 minutes is a good way to start.
