Sleep is an essential daily activity that must be performed by every individual after working for long hours. A good sleep can prevent the person form getting attacked with different diseases that are caused due to sleeplessness. Based on the person’s age, the number of sleeping hours gets varied. For newly born babies, it is 16 hours and the individuals aged above 65 need 6 hours of sleep to be active. It is predicted that 70% of men dream about other men in their circle and women will dream about men and women in equal proportions.
