Heart disease are the leading cause of deaths in America and every year 36% of deaths in America are due to heart related diseases. It is estimated that in year 2010, more than $ 316.4 billion will be incurred for health care and medicine.
Different types of heart diseases include coronary heart disease, Arrhythmia, heart failure, heart valve disease, cardiomyopathy, pericarditis, Aorta disease and vascular disease. Common risk factors that leads to heart disease include smoking, excessive alcohol consumption, obesity, physical inactivity, diabetes and high blood pressure.
In America, more than 79 million people are attacked with some form of heart disease and every minute either a male or female dies in America due to heart stroke. To lower the risk of heart attack, every individual must quit smoking, carryout exercise, reduce the salty food and limit the alcohol consumption.
