For all those who love eating varied dishes and tasting varieties of wine, here is a schedule of the Austin Food and Wine Festival 2013 being held especially for such ardent lovers of food and wine.
The festival will be held at different locations and will serve a large variety of platter and wine as well, for three days, starting from the 26th of April till 28th April, 2013.
The festival is to start with an inaugural event named the “Taste of Texas Kickoff Event”, to held on 26th April, 2013 from 7:00 pm to 9:30 pm – the venue being at Republic Square Park.
The very names of the events contained in the list are tempting, some of which that are to be held on the second day [27th April] have been given the titles such as “Entertaining Around the World”, “Latin Libations”, “Texas Wines: Ready for the Main Stage”, “Grand Tasting”, “Classis Desserts in a Modern Kitchen”, “Let them Eat Cake!”, “Chasing Ernest Hemingway”, “American Classics 2.0”, “Everything’s Wild in Alaska”, etc. to name a few.
These will be held at various different places which may be the Auditorium Shores of Maple Tent, Oak Tent, Grilling Area, Hickory Tent, Alder Tent or the Cedar Tent; with the events being scheduled at various time slots – either 10:00 – 10:45 in the morning or 11:00 – 11:45 am or from 12 pm to 12:45 pm, 1:00 – 1:45 pm, 2:00 – 2:45 pm or 3:00 – 3:45 pm, or from 7:00 pm to 9:30 pm.
While the third and final day of the festival, 28th April, will have similar venues and time slots to those of the previous day, the title of the individual events are very much different – such as “Party from the Pantry”, “Hard to Say, Easy to Drink”, “For the Love of Beer’, “Sicily on High”, etc.
